40.460.020    District Boundaries

The shoreline overlay district shall include those county land and water areas designated as shorelines of the state by the Washington Department of Ecology in accordance with the authority, definitions, criteria, listings and map delineations provided in Chapter 90.58 RCW and Chapters 173-18, 173-20 and 173-22 WAC. Areas so designated shall be known as shorelines of the county, comprising districts to be combined with zoning that has been applied to such areas.
