40.460.080    Changes, Amendments, or Revisions

Amendments to this chapter shall be processed as provided by Section 40.560.020. Revisions to shoreline permits shall be processed in accordance with Chapter 173-27 WAC and Section 40.460.040, above. Amendments or revisions to the master program shall be governed by Chapter 173-26 WAC. Changes in wetland boundaries shall be made only in accordance with WAC 173-22-040 through 173-22-055.
