2.71.030 Records officer responsibilities.

Under the advisement of the board, the records officer shall:

(1)    Supervise all microfilming activities.

(2)    Establish time schedule for the retention of records.

(3)    Provide for the timely deposition of all records.

(4)    Be responsible for review of existing records and assignment of deposition.

(5)    Coordinate all review schedules with affected agencies.

(6)    Submit major records management policy changes to the board for review. (Sec. 2.71.030 of Res. 1976-06-3; amended by Sec. 3 of Res. 1984-11-75)
