15.13.030 Geographic areas included.

The wildland urban interface/intermix areas shall be defined to include those areas set out in the attached map. The inclusion of these areas is based upon the following considerations:

(1)    Elevation in excess of five hundred (500) feet and one or more of the following conditions:

(a)    Slope equal to or greater than twenty-five percent (25%);

(b)    Forest type vegetation;

(c)    Outside of an organized fire protection district.

(2)    All portions of Sections 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 33, 34, 35 and 36 of Range 3E Township 6N.

(3)    All portions of Sections 25, 26, 27, 34 and 35 of Range 2E Township 6N.

(4)    All portions of Sections 25, 26, 34, 35 and 36 of Range 4E Township 7N.

(5)    All portions of Sections 3, 9, 10, 15, 16, 21, 22, 26, 27, 31, 32 and 33 of Range 4E Township 6N.

(6)    All portions of Sections 4, 5, 6 and 9 of Range 4E Township 6N.

(7)    All portions of Sections 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36 of Range 4E of Township 2N.

(8)    Whenever the majority of a parcel lies within the established wildland urban interface/intermix area, the entire parcel shall be included in the area.
