24.17.260 Waivers.

(1)    The health officer may grant a waiver from specific requirements in this chapter if:

(a)    The waiver request is evaluated by the health officer on an individual site-by-site basis.

(b)    The health officer determines that the waiver substantially complies with the standards in, and the intent of, this chapter.

(c)    On a quarterly basis, the health officer will forward to the department any approved or denied waivers for their records. (Sec. 27 of Ord. 2007-10-01)
