40.260.040 Animal Feed Yards, Animal Sales Yards, Kennels, and Riding Stables

A.    In the RC-1, RC-2.5, CR-1, CR-2 and all urban zones where permitted, animal feed yards, poultry farms, animal sales yards, kennels, and riding stables shall be located not less than two hundred (200) feet from any property line.

B.    In all zones where the above uses are permitted, automobile and truck ingress and egress shall be provided; parking and loading spaces shall be so designed as to minimize traffic hazards and congestion. Odor, dust, noise and drainage shall not constitute a nuisance, hazard or health problem to abutting property or uses.
