SWIMMING POOL RESERVE FUND

3.22.010 Fund established.
The city treasurer is authorized to establish a new Fund No. 005, to be entitled “swimming pool reserve fund.” [Ord. 1274 § 1, 1997.]
3.22.020 Use, funding and expenditures.
The swimming pool reserve fund shall be used towards the replacement of the current swimming pool. Sources of revenue to this fund and expenditures from this fund shall be determined at the time of the preparation of the annual city budget or as such budget may be subsequently amended.
