OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC MORALS

10.32.010 Public indecency.
A person is guilty of public indecency if he intentionally, in any public place or any place exposed to public view, engages in any lewd act or makes any indecent exposure of his person. [Ord. 949, 1983.]
