The regular meetings of the city council shall be held on the first Wednesday and third Monday of each month, commencing at the hour of seven p.m., in the City Council Room of the City Hall. (Ord. 818 § 1, 2007: Ord. 565 § 1, 1990: Ord. 529, 1986: Ord. 256 § 1, 1969).
