CHARGES FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT SERVICES

The following charges will be made to persons requesting and being furnished, the following services by the police department.

(1)  Taking the fingerprints of a person and furnishing a verified fingerprint card, two dollars fifty cents per card;

(2)  Making a search and check of police records and furnishing a letter of the police record, five dollars each. (Ord. 472 § 1, 1982).

2.68.020 Payments.

Remittances for all police services and charges shall be made payable to, or paid over to, the city clerk, and controlled receipts shall be issued on a standard numbered receipt book form. The funds will be accounted for in the general fund of the city and budgeted each year for operation of the police department. (Ord. 472 § 2, 1982).
