8.12.010 Definitions.

“Fowl” as used in this chapter includes chickens, ducks, turkeys, and geese, and the singular number as used herein also includes the plural number. (Ord. 50 § 1, 1923).

8.12.015 Fowl prohibited.

No person shall own, possess, keep, raise, harbor or allow fowl on his/her premises within the city limits. Violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in Section 1.04.010. (Ord. 802 § 1, 2006).
