3.36.010 Established.

Pursuant to the authority granted by RCW 35.21.085(2), there is established as a special fund for use of the city clerk/treasurer entitled “claims fund.” (Ord. 453 § 1, 1980).

3.36.020 Deposit of funds.

There shall be deposited into the “claims fund” from time to time from any funds which are available and upon which warrants may be issued and paid in payment of claims against the city for any purpose. (Ord. 453 § 2, 1980).

3.36.030 Accounting.

The accounts of the city shall be so kept that they shall show the department or departments and the respective amounts for which the warrant is issued and paid. (Ord. 453 § 3, 1980).
