STREET PLAN FOR NEWLY ANNEXED AREAS

12.16.010 Compatible plan required.

The petition for annexation of any lands, including those hereinafter described, to the city shall provide, in addition to any other lawful requirements for the annexation, a suitable plan for street layout that is compatible with and provides suitable extension to the existing streets of the city. (Ord. 346 § 1, 1973).

12.16.020 Applicability.

The requirements of this chapter shall apply to all petitions for annexation of any land or parcel of land contiguous to the existing city limits, including but not limited to the following described lots, tracts and parcels of land situate in the county:

That portion of the north one-half of the northwest one-quarter of Section 31, township 14 North, Range 32 East, W.M., lying easterly of Connell corporate limits and westerly of PSH No. 11 (U.S. 395) right-of-way;

That portion of the West one-half of Section 31, Township 14 North, Range 32 East, W.M., lying easterly of Connell corporate limits, south of the O.W.R. & N. Railroad right-of-way, west of PSH No. 11 (U.S. 395) right-of-way, and north of SSH No. 260 right-of-way;

That portion of the southeast one-quarter of the southeast one-quarter of Section 36, Township 14 North, Range 31 East, W.M., lying easterly of Connell corporate limits, south of SSH No. 260; and that portion of the southwest one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter of Section 31, Township 14 North, Range 32 East, W.M., lying south of SSH No. 260 and westerly of U.S. 395.
