The board of commissioners hereby adopts an accident prevention program, a program for personal protective equipment (PPE), a hazards communication program (Chemicals), and control of hazardous energy (aka Lockout/Tagout). [Res. 2017-3-10.]
2.40.020 Required personal protective equipment.
The board of commissioners hereby authorizes the district to provide all required personal protective equipment for employees and a reimbursement of up to $200.00 per year for personal protective foot wear. [Res. 2017-3-11.]
