OPERATION – COMPLIANCE

14.24.010 Responsibility of person issued mobile home park license.

The person to whom a mobile home park operation license is issued shall be responsible for the following:

(1) Maintenance of all community facilities in a clean, safe, and functional condition;

(2) Maintenance of all landscaping not on designated mobile home lots;

(3) Prevention of any condition which may be a detriment to public health, safety, and welfare;

(4) Maintenance of all the grounds and facilities within the park; provided, that the operator may require that individual mobile home lots be maintained by the occupant;

(5) Maintenance of a log of the occupants of the mobile home park, including record of the date of installation of each mobile home installed after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this title. This log shall be available to the building inspector or his designee and the health officer or his designee at all reasonable hours. (Ord. 531 § 7, 1980).

14.24.020 Compliance with other codes and regulations.

Compliance with this title shall not except the park owner, developer, or manager from compliance with other applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. (Ord. 531 § 7, 1980).
