URINATING IN PUBLIC

7.28.010 Prohibited.
(1) No person shall intentionally urinate or defecate in a public place, other than a washroom or toilet room, or at a place and under circumstances where the act could be observed by a member of the public.
(2) A violation of or failure to comply with this section is a class 5 civil infraction. [Ord. 1031 § 1, 1993.]
