1.38.040 Expenditure – Authorization.

The city manager of the city of Ellensburg is granted authority to authorize the expenditure of city funds for actual expenses incident to employee recruitment, including, but not limited to, actual moving expenses for newly hired employees not to exceed 10 percent of first full year's salary.
