MISCELLANEOUS FEES AND CHARGES

Any person seeking review of any proposal prior to the time an actual application for approval is submitted to the city under this code shall be charged a fee for the preliminary review in the amount of $250.00 plus $50.00 for each hour of review required after the first hour. In the event the person who sought the review files an application with the city, the fee paid to the city for the preapplication review shall apply towards the fee charged for that application; provided, however, in no event shall a refund be made if the application fee is less than the fee paid for the preapplication review. 2.44.100 Library fee for persons residing outside Kittitas County.
The fee for the issuance of a library card to a household residing outside Kittitas County, Washington, shall be $65.00 per year or $34.50 for a six-month period. [Ord. 4037 § 1, 1996.]
