3.13.080 Stationary awnings.
It is unlawful to erect or maintain any stationary awnings over any sidewalk in the city. [Ord. 373 § 1, 1906.]
3.13.120 Penalty.
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $50.00. [Ord. 373 § 2, 1906.]
