4.20.040 Fifth Street.

Fifth Street of the city of Ellensburg, Kittitas County, Washington Territory, is extended and opened as a public highway from Water Street in the city to the line of the Northern Pacific Railway. [Ord. 21 § 1, 1886.]

4.20.080 Extension of certain streets.

Main Street, Pearl Street, Pine Street, Ruby Street, Sprague Street, Anderson Street and Sampson Street of the city of Ellensburg are extended and opened as public highways from their present termination in Seventh Street on the north to the north boundary line of Section 2, Township 17 North, Range 18 East of the Willamette Meridian [Ord. 67 § 1, 1888.]

4.20.120 Alley opened.

All that certain tract and parcel of land described as follows: Commencing at a point 120 feet east of the northwest corner of Block 14 in the city of Ellensburg, Washington Territory, running thence south 300 feet to the south line of said Block 14, running thence east on said south line of said Block 14, 20 feet, thence north 300 feet to the north line of said Block 14, thence west 20 feet to the place of beginning, is declared to be a public alley. [Ord. 52 § 1, 1888.]

4.20.160 Dedication – Walkway and utility area.

The following described land is dedicated as a public right-of-way for use as a walkway and utility service area:

That parcel of land being 50 feet in width and lying immediately adjacent to the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railway rights-of-way on the north and extending from the west line of North Walnut Street to the east line of North “D” Street in the city of Ellensburg. [Ord. 2728 § 1, 1968.]

4.20.200 Dedication – Adjacent to North “D” Street.

The following described strip of land is dedicated as a public right-of-way:

That strip of land 50 feet in width and lying immediately adjacent to the east line of North “D” Street and extending from the north line of the alley of Block 8 as shown on the present plat of Hick's Addition to the city of Ellensburg to the centerline of East 17th Avenue as shown on the plat of Michel's First Addition to the city of Ellensburg. [Ord. 2728 § 2, 1968.]

4.20.240 Dedication – Right-of-way.

The following described strip of land is dedicated as a public right-of-way:

That strip of land 20 feet in width and lying 10 feet on either side of the following described centerline: Beginning on the south line of the plat of Glen Manor at a point 140 feet west of the west line of North “D” Street, thence south parallel to said west line a distance of 810 feet, thence southeasterly to a point on the west line of North “D” Street which is 900 feet south of the south line of the plat of Glen Manor, all in the city of Ellensburg, Washington. [Ord. 2728 § 3, 1968.]
