STREET AND ALLEY VACATION PROCEDURE

Hereafter all proceedings relating to street and alley vacation in the city of Ellensburg shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 35.79 RCW, which chapter is hereby adopted by reference as and for the procedure for street and alley vacation in the city of Ellensburg. [Ord. 3524 § 1, 1986.]

4.27.080 Processing fee.

Upon the filing of the petition for street or alley vacation with the legislative authorities, the petitioning owners shall simultaneously pay therewith a fee of $50.00, to be known as the processing fee, to compensate the city for the administrative cost and expense in processing, checking, and handling the application, which fee shall include the publication and posting expense of any notice or ordinance pertaining to the vacation.
