5.56.040 Use prohibited.

The use and operation of gasoline-powered boats on Mattoon Lake and Irene Rinehart Riverfront Park is prohibited. [Ord. 3493 § 2, 1985.]

5.56.060 Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation convicted of violating this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500.00. A separate offense shall be deemed to be committed during each day any violation occurs or continues. [Ord. 3493 § 2, 1985.]
