18.24.010 Purpose.

This overlay designation provides regulations to reduce flood losses in all zones where it is applied. The requirements of this district are in addition to those contained in the underlying zones. (Ord. 1400 § 2, 2006)

18.24.020 Permitted uses.

Those uses permitted in the underlying zoning are allowed, provided the use or action complies with standards for flood hazard protection and required flood hazard permit approval, when and as required by FMC 18.20.050 through 18.20.090. (Ord. 1400 § 2, 2006)
