13.12.010 Administrative authority.

The city council shall set forth standard specifications for municipal public works construction. (Ord. 92 § 1, 1966).

13.12.020 Adoption by reference.

The city council shall by resolution adopt by reference, that certain pamphlet prepared by the Washington State Chapter of American Public Works Association and distributed by the Association of Washington Cities in cooperation with the Bureau of Governmental Research and Services, University of Washington, known as the Standard Specifications for Municipal Public Works Construction, prepared in 1963. (Ord. 92 § 2, 1966).

13.12.030 Copies on file.

Upon the passage of the resolution adopting the specifications for municipal public works construction as set forth in the before mentioned pamphlet, the city clerk shall maintain a copy of said pamphlet in the public records of the city which pamphlet shall be subject to inspection by the public. (Ord. 92 § 3, 1966).

13.12.040 Violation – Penalty.

Violation of any portion of this chapter is an infraction and subject to a penalty of $500.00 as provided in GHMC 1.16.010D and for any costs incurred by the city relative to any violation and as otherwise provided in this chapter. (Ord. 460 § 21, 1985; Ord. 92 § 4, 1966).
