5.08.010 Days and hours of operation.

No retail licensee, as defined by the Washington State Liquor Act, shall sell, deliver, offer for sale, serve or allow to be consumed upon the licensed premises any liquor, nor permit the removal of any liquor from the licensed premises in any manner whatsoever, except during the days and hours of the day as permitted by the Washington State Liquor Control Board by virtue of the authority vested in it under RCW 66.08.030, 66.98.070 and RCW Title 34. (Ord. 99 § 1, 1967).

5.08.015 License – Application fee.

The director of administration/clerk shall collect, for each liquor license application, the sum of $35.00. The applicant(s) shall pay the total fee before the application is reviewed by the city staff and the city council. The fee shall not be refundable under any circumstances. (Ord. 413 § 1, 1982).

5.08.020 Penalty for violation.

Every person or persons, associations or corporations guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be liable on conviction, to a penalty as prescribed in GHMC 1.16.010. (Ord. 184 § 2, 1974; Ord. 99 § 2, 1967).
