8.16.010 Storage standards adopted.

Pursuant to RCW 35.21.180, the standard of the National Board of Fire Underwriters for the storage and handling and use of flammable liquids as recommended by the National Fire Protection Association as adopted June, 1959, in Pamphlet NBFU No. 30, is adopted by the city as and for the law relating to said subjects within said city. (Ord. 55 § 1, 1960).

Three copies of the said pamphlet and compilation have been filed with the clerk of the city pursuant to the provisions of RCW 35.21.180. (Ord. 55 § 2, 1960).
