2.52.010 Created.
There is created and established a public library in and for the city, the library to be governed in all respects as provided by this code, and the laws of the state. (Prior code §2.44.010)
2.52.020 Board of trustees appointment.
The mayor of the city shall appoint a board of trustees for the library in the manner provided for by RCW 27.12.190. (Prior code §2.44.020)
2.52.030 Control--Regulations.
The library shall be controlled and regulated in all things not provided for in this chapter, as provided by the ordinances of the city and the laws of the state. (Prior code §2.44.050)
