CITY HALL CASH DRAWER ACCOUNT

3.02.040 Initial deposit and balance of account.
3.02.010 Created.
There is created a cash drawer account at city hall. (Ord. 1329 §1(part), 2004)
3.02.020 Custodian.
The custodian of said account shall be the city treasurer. (Ord. 1329 §1(part), 2004)
3.02.030 Operation.
Said account shall be established and operated in accordance with BARS Manual Accounting Procedures. (Ord. 1329 §1(part), 2004)
3.02.040 Initial deposit and balance of account.
The initial amount deposited into the cash account and balance to be kept in said account is the sum of three hundred dollars. These funds shall be established in two individual drawers of one hundred fifty dollars each. The city treasurer is authorized and directed to make transfers into said account by check.
