CONTRACTORS’ BONDS

3.08.010 Amounts.
The bond required pursuant to RCW 39.08, to be given by a person or corporation to guarantee performance of a contract for the public work for the city shall be in the following amounts:
A. For a contract price not to exceed twenty-five thousand dollars in the amount of twenty-five percent thereof;
B. For contract price not to exceed fifty thousand dollars in the amount of fifty percent thereof;
C. For a contract price exceeding the foregoing (fifty thousand dollars) in the amount of one hundred percent of such contract price. (Prior code §3.28.010)
