GENERAL PROVISIONS

17.02.030 Text and official map.
17.02.010 Purpose.
The general purposes of this title are to promote the public health, safety and general welfare; and to further the purpose, policies and objectives of the Goldendale comprehensive plan. (Ord. 1438 §2(part), 2014)
17.02.020 Title.
The provisions of this title of the Goldendale Municipal Code (GMC) shall be known and may be cited as “The Goldendale Zoning Code.” (Ord. 1438 §2(part), 2014)
17.02.030 Text and official map.
The ordinance codified in this title shall consist of the text of this title and official zoning map marked “Official Zoning Map of the City of Goldendale.” If any conflict of the zoning map and text should arise, the text of the ordinance codified in this title shall prevail.
