If any City personnel and/or equipment is required by an approved permit to inspect a project outside the hourly limits set forth in IMC 16.35.010(A), then the approved applicant shall be billed by the City for the personnel at a rate of $100.00 per hour and for a minimum time of 4 hours and the applicable rental rate for any equipment, as determined by the Director’s designee.
