A. All applications for examination shall be made on forms approved by the Commission.

B. Any wilfully false statement in, or in connection with, an application for examination shall be cause for removal from the eligible register and/or for termination of employment. (Ord. 2737 § 1 (Exh. A), 2015; Ord. 1444 § 8, 1980).
