Any person who violates any of the provisions of IMC 2.68.170 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $300.00 and/or be imprisoned in the City Jail for a period not to exceed 90 days. In addition, such violation shall constitute good cause for termination or other discipline at the discretion of the appointing authority. (Ord. 2737 § 1 (Exh. A), 2015; Ord. 1444 § 18, 1980).
