A. Consolidated Capital Improvement Project Permit Submittals. Fees include all construction permit fees established in IMC Title 16, plus site work and land use fees listed in IMC 3.64.010(C). Land use fees shall be reduced by 20 percent when complete permit package for both land use and construction permits are submitted simultaneously.

B. Independent Submittals. Capital improvement projects submitted for review under separate independent land use and construction permit application are charged the full fee for each land use and/or construction permit. (Ord. 3037 § 1, 2023; Ord. 3022 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
