A. Site Work Fees. Site work fees shall be paid as follows: 50 percent due at application and remaining amount due at permit issuance.

B. Inspection Fees. Landscape inspection fees shall be determined and paid at permit issuance.

C. Time and Materials Permits. Applicant will post an initial deposit at application of $2,271.15 to cover permit review, issuance and inspections. Additional funds may be necessary to complete the permit review and inspection.

D. Land Use Fees. All fees not specifically addressed under subsections A and B of this section shall be paid at application. (Ord. 3037 § 1, 2023; Ord. 2991 § 1, 2022; Ord. 2958 § 1, 2021; Ord. 2926 § 1, 2020).
