WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM CONDITION REPORTS

13.25.010 Application for information.
Any person, agency or company desiring a report on the condition of a water supply or sewage disposal system shall make application for such information to the department of public health on a form provided by that department. [Ord. 98-0023 §§ 1, 2 (KCC 13.20.010).]
13.25.020 Fee for report.
Application for a report on such water supply or individual sewage disposal system shall be accompanied by a fee as imposed by the city council by resolution. [Ord. 02-0139 § 1; Ord. 98-0023 §§ 1, 2 (KCC 13.20.020).]
13.25.030 Submittal of water samples for analysis – Fee.
Any person, agency or company may submit water samples to the department of public health for analysis. The fee for each water sample is imposed by the city council by resolution. [Ord. 02-0139 § 1; Ord. 98-0023 §§ 1, 2 (KCC 13.20.030).]
