BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

2.02.040 Meetings open to public.
2.02.010 Regular meetings.
The board of county commissioners will hold the following regular meetings, except when the meeting falls on a state holiday:
A. A meeting will be held on the second and fourth Monday of each month, at 5:30 p.m. in the commissioners’ meeting room in Port Orchard, Washington, until adjourned.
B. A meeting will be held on Mondays at 9:00 a.m., except for the fifth Monday of the month, in the Port Blakely conference room in the administration building in Port Orchard, Washington, until adjourned.
C. A meeting will be held on Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. in the Port Blakely conference room in the administration building in Port Orchard, Washington, until adjourned.
D. A meeting will be held on Mondays at 2:00 p.m., except for the fifth Monday of the month, in the Port Blakely conference room in Port Orchard, Washington, until adjourned.
E. A schedule of meetings for the coming year will be prepared by commissioners’ staff in December.
F. Any scheduled meeting of the county commissioners may be canceled with twenty-four hours’ notice of cancellation.

2.02.020 Special meetings.
The board of county commissioners may convene a special meeting at any time as provided by law.

2.02.030 Executive sessions.
The board of county commissioners may hold an executive session during any meeting as provided by law.

2.02.040 Meetings open to public.
The public may attend all meetings of the board of county commissioners except executive sessions.

2.02.050 Minutes of meetings.
Minutes of the board of county commissioners’ meetings shall be recorded as follows:
Minutes of regular and special meetings shall consist of video or audio tapes, or both, of the meeting, together with written action minutes, which shall include the matter considered, a list of those speaking on the matter, and the action taken thereon by the board of county commissioners.
