10.32.010 Sewage.

It is unlawful for any person to discharge sewage in any manner from any vessel while in the Kingston Marina area.

10.32.020 Garbage and trash.

It is unlawful for any person to dispose of garbage or trash in any manner other than the careful placing of the refuse in containers provided at each pier. It is unlawful for unauthorized persons to remove the containers from the garbage container area.

10.32.030 Smoking.

It is unlawful to smoke on floats in the Kingston Marina.

10.32.040 Swimming and water skiing.

It is unlawful to swim or water ski in the Kingston Marina area.

10.32.050 Fishing.

It is unlawful to fish in the Kingston Marina area.

10.32.060 Use of facilities after dark.

It is unlawful for any unauthorized person to be on the pier or dock after sundown.

10.32.070 Children.

It is unlawful to permit children under the age of sixteen years to be on the docks or fingers unless accompanied by a parent or other responsible adult.

10.32.080 Cruising.

It is unlawful to cruise any vessel in the Kingston Marina moorage area. “Cruising” is any movement of a vessel for purposes other than moorage of the vessel, or for other than entering or leaving a slip.

10.32.090 Speed.

It is unlawful for vessels to exceed the speed limit of four miles per hour in the Kingston Marina area.

10.32.100 Violation – Penalty.

Violation of any provision of this chapter is a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in Section 1.12.010 of this code.
