COUNCIL CONTINGENCY FUND

3.68.010 Created.
There is created a fund, known and designated as the council contingency fund, into which shall be transferred funds as designated in the municipal budget for this fund. (Ord. 879 § 11, 2002; Ord. 660 § 1, 1995)
3.68.020 Use of funds.
Use of the fund resources in this contingency fund shall be by specific council directive. (Ord. 879 § 11, 2002; Ord. 660 § 2, 1995)
3.68.030 Transfer of funds.
Transfers shall be made by the finance director in accordance with the municipal budget. (Ord. 879 § 11, 2002; Ord. 660 § 3, 1995)
