MARIJUANA INFRACTIONS

9.32.020 Penalties – Civil nontraffic violation.
9.32.010 Opening or consuming package containing marijuana, usable marijuana, or marijuana-infused product in view of general public.
It is unlawful to open a package containing marijuana, usable marijuana, or a marijuana-infused product, or consume marijuana, usable marijuana, or a marijuana-infused product, in view of the general public. (Ord. 1062 § 1, 2013)
9.32.020 Penalties – Civil nontraffic violation.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall have committed a civil nontraffic infraction and shall be fined $50.00, not including statutory assessments. (Ord. 1062 § 1, 2013)
9.32.030 Enforcement.
The city of Lake Forest Park police shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1062 § 1, 2013)
