2.72.010 Created.

The Traffic Violations Bureau is hereby acknowledged and ratified within the Finance Department. The Deputy Treasurer shall supervise the operations of the Traffic Violations Bureau.

2.72.020 Duties.

The Traffic Violations Bureau shall perform all duties authorized and required by RCW 3.39.090 as presently constituted or hereinafter amended. All funds paid into the Traffic Violations Bureau shall be deposited into the Treasurer’s Trust Fund of the City’s budget or transferred to the District Court as required by law.
