17.16.010 Criminal Penalties.

A violation of the Lake Stevens Municipal Code that results in criminal enforcement is subject to fines and/or jail time and requires an appearance before the court of jurisdiction. Criminal penalties may be imposed by issuance of a criminal citation issued by a police officer or the prosecuting attorney. Criminal citations may be mailed to the responsible person’s last known address or served in person. (Ord. 604, Sec. 11, 1999)
