STORMWATER FUND

3.58.010 Stormwater fund established.
There is established a separate fund within the city to be known as the “stormwater fund.” (Ord. 934, 2009)
3.58.020 Deposit of funds.
On or about January 1, 2010, the street fund shall make a contribution of $6,000 to open the stormwater fund. Thereafter, all stormwater drainage fees collected by the city shall be deposited into the stormwater fund along with any funds budgeted by the city council. (Ord. 934, 2009)
3.58.030 Expenditures.
Expenditures from the stormwater fund shall be made for the purposes of maintenance and operation and improvements to the stormwater system. (Ord. 934, 2009)
