PARKING ENFORCEMENT SPECIAL REVENUE FUND

3.62.010 Fund – Created.
There is hereby created for the city of Longview a special revenue fund to be designated as “parking enforcement fund” into which all parking fine and parking permit revenue shall be deposited. (Ord. 3258 § 1, 2013).
3.62.020 Expenditures.
Checks, pursuant to RCW 35A.40.020, or warrants may be drawn on said fund for the purposes of providing administration and support toward parking enforcement and the maintenance of city owned parking lots located downtown. (Ord. 3258 § 1, 2013).
