6.16.020 Keeping animal which molests unlawful.
6.16.010 Molesting unlawful.
It is unlawful for any person to hunt, trap, kill, maim, carry or entice away, or in any manner whatsoever molest any wild fowl, game birds or song birds or their eggs or nests, or wild game within the city limits, whether on private or public property. (Ord. 261 § 1, 1933).
6.16.020 Keeping animal which molests unlawful.
It is unlawful for any person to own or keep any dog or other animal which in any manner molests any wild fowl, game birds or song birds or wild game in the city. (Ord. 261 § 2, 1933).
