6.22.010 Registration of sex offenders.

A person who knowingly fails to register as required by RCW 9A.44.130, as now or hereafter amended, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor. If the crime for which the individual was convicted was other than a Class A felony under the laws of this state, or a federal or out-of-state conviction for an offense that under the laws of this state would be a Class A felony.
