CLAIMS FUND

A claims fund is established through which all debts of the town shall be purchased.

3.24.020 Court peg board system.
A. A separate peg board system is established for the town municipal court.
B. Various funds for the court shall be set within that system as are required by law.
(Ord. 122 §3, 1978).
3.24.030 Court bank account.
A separate bank account is established for the town municipal court and all court money transactions are to be dealt with through the court bank account only.
