AGENT TO RECEIVE CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES

3.48.010 Designated.
A. Pursuant to RCW 4.96.020 the city of Mattawa designates the mayor as its agent to receive claims for damages pursuant to Chapter 4.96 RCW during normal business hours. Any such claims may be left with the mayor or the mayor’s assistant at the address indicated below.
