17.04.010 Adoption.

The 2006 Edition of the National Fuel Gas Code (ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54), as adopted by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-52 WAC, as published by NFPA is adopted by reference. The Construction Administrative Code, as set forth in Chapter 17.14 MICC, shall be applied for the administration of this code. (Ord. 07C-04 § 5; Ord. 04C-12 § 4).
