There is established the position of public works director for the city. The public works director shall be appointed by the mayor, subject to confirmation by the city council. (Ord. 2875 § 1, 1998).
2.38.020 Duties.
The public works director shall work at the direction of the mayor and have administrative authority over the public works department. (Ord. 2875 § 2, 1998).
